But one that not only looks beautiful, but where customers can also book an appointment immediately and it will be placed in a Google calendar. There was also a need for your own online CRM to streamline the business and get a better view of the figures.

At Mtea we developed a simple, but beautiful WordPress website, including an online appointment module. All appointments will be neatly displayed in the Google calendar of the salon. We also provided attractive photos and built an online CRM from scratch. And all this very affordable too.
The results
And whether the online bookings make a difference. After 180 days, a 35% increase was noticeable. In addition, the bookings are processed much faster, freeing up useful time. Time that is used to pamper more customers. Reports can easily be requested via the CRM, so that there is always an up-to-date overview of the figures.
