Rent out reusable cups and bowls in a fast and smooth way? That was Durafest’s wish. Online and easy for the customers, of course. An intuitive platform, where customers can order, follow up on their orders and consult the sustainability figures of their actions: the challenge for Mtea.

A custom made administrative platform was developed in Codelgniter. But not only behind the scenes there is a lot of ingenuity, the frontend was also tailor-made with numerous hierarchical functions. Easy to use for the customer, the perfect follow-up for Durafest. In the meantime, many event organizers and cities such as Aalst, Dendermonde, Ghent … get started with the platform.
The results
By launching the platform, associations, event organizers, municipalities and all kinds of other parties can order their reusable cups and bowls online. A lot of time and efficiency gains for Durafest. A clearly designed dashboard immediately shows the sustainability figures and overarching cities can view the results of their municipalities. A win-win for all parties.
